WCOM has no paid employees – everyone is a volunteer working for the love of good radio.  Every cent donated goes directly to the costs involved in keeping the station on the air: rent, utilities, insurance, equipment purchase and upkeep, license fees, telephone and occasional miscellaneous items that arise unexpectedly.
